Used with an EGGspander basket and convEGGtor, the Pizza Oven Opening creates a traditional brick oven configuration with an easily accessible front opening that allows pizzas to be quickly moved in and out of the Egg.

 The front opening allows cooks to monitor pizzas, flatbreads or other baked goods as they cook, ensuring recipes are cooked to your preferred doneness.
 With the shims in place, the EGG's temperature will stay where you set it for hours, ranging from 400°F/204°C to 700°F/370°C. The EGG's insulating ceramic helps retain the heat needed for even cooking, even when baking multiple pizzas.
 The two cast aluminum corners are easy to handle and store and will not rust.
